I'm having a similar problem with a pair of Polycom SoundPoint IP 320's configured to use SLA (Shared Line Appearance). When a voicemail is received, the MWI turns on both phones, but when one phone is used to retrieve the voicemail, the MWI turns off on the other phone, but not the one connecting to voicemail.</div>
