How to set supervisor for calls. <br>For example one of my agents is calling with one of my customers. <br>I want to listen their call so that no one understands i am listening to him/her. Or i want to call just with my agent so that customer doesn't understand that i am calling with him or her. Or i want to call just with the customer so that the agent doesn't understand that i am calling with it's customer!<br>
