+1 here, flowroute has exceeded my expectations in many areas. The fact that they actually have humans available via phone, and even humans who understand the technology quite well. <div><br></div><div>Reliability has been great but you should always plan for a rainy day and have a backup plan, even the biggest and best have issues from time to time</div>

It worked very smoothly. One thing I discovered, which you all probably know, but I'm new with VoIP, was that when I called the number from a POTS line, it went through the PSTN, through Flowroute, through FreeSwitch, and rang on my Polycom phone even before I heard the first ring from the calling phone.</div>
