Yep, most phones won't send RTP which'll include DTMF until 200 OK (answer) is received...<div><br></div><div>That will depend on the caller really so perhaps it does work on certain phones/versions, but not all will allow it.<div>

I would not expect you to be able to read digits from the caller<br>
unless you answer the call.<br>
