<div>You must define a domain called '<a href="http://xx.com">xx.com</a>' in your directory and add a user with the id="103" attribute</div><div>and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in it's authentication credentials.</div>

It's a copy of conf/directory/default.xml, except the include line specifies "<a href="http://xx.com/*.xml">xx.com/*.xml</a>" instead of "default/*.xml". I have the conf/directory/<a href="http://xx.com/103.xml">xx.com/103.xml</a> file.</div>
