We always disable ALG on the client side where possible. It always
seems to break the connection. We also have the offsite phones
register via tcp instead of udp and that helps. You may also want
to look at your keep alives and set them to around 20-40secs or so
to keep the connection open with the server.<br>

We have had good success with the opensource softphone jitsi.<br>
