<div class="gmail_extra">This might not be the best way, but you could make a 2 person conference with the listener muted and the controls disabled. Then you could also use <a href="http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/VAD_and_CNG">rtp vad</a> to reduce the bandwidth. Again, I'm not sure if these would stack appropriately, but it seems feasible. </div>
