Please provide more information. Is your authentication failing?<div><br></div><div>401 Unauthorized is 100% normal behaviour for a SIP call to authenticate.</div><div><br></div><div>The call flow is:</div><div>> REGISTER</div>
<div>< 401 Unauthorized (with WWW-Authenticate header)</div><div>> REGISTER (with Authorization header)</div><div>< 200 OK</div><div>Ditto for INVITE.</div><div><br></div><div>The 401 is required to give the WWW-Authenticate challenge which is required to generate the Authorization header. Thus for a authenticated call the 401 'error' is normal and expected.</div>
<div><br></div><div>If authentication is failing after the upgrade or you were not requiring authentication before the upgrade, perhaps during the upgrade your configuration files were modified or the location has moved?</div>
