Hi,<div>I want to do the following.</div><div>1. Caller is bridged to an agent.</div><div>2. Agent presses dtmf and is transferred to a supervisor while the caller is listening to MOH( achieved using &quot;bind_meta_app&quot;).</div>
<div>3. Now when the supervisor hangs-up, the agent should be bridged back to the caller.</div><div><br></div><div>I am not able to find a simple way to do the third step. Any suggestions or ideas is greatly appreciated.</div>
