This is the relevant error message that I am getting, I cannot register any users at all, even though they're in the directory<br>

You must define a domain called '23.21.191.100' in your directory and add a user with the id="1000" attribute<br>
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in it's authentication credentials.<br>
