Hi Anthony <br><br>Front end of both applications was developed over Drupal CMS ( which is licensed as GPLv2 OR Later version) using Plivo API's therefore possible options were to release the code in GPLv2 or GPLv3 also in past you recommended to release the code in GPL <br>
