<div dir="ltr">From what I know, the carrier has to either offer that option or flag it for you, so you can reject it<div>There&#39;s no standard for flagging it, nor do all companies, and there&#39;s also no easy way to look up the number in a database to check if it&#39;s a payphone.</div>
