<html><body><span style="font-family:Verdana; color:#000000; font-size:10pt;"><div> As a clueless new comer to pbx technology, I find user forumns more useful in finding topcs of interest.</div>
<div>Might I suggest that the administrator of the user forum create dedicated topic areas for ea "plug in software" component, and for hardware. In my case, my email inbox is getting flooded with dozens of conversations that may or may not be of any value to me.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>As the "proud new owner" of a cisco spa3102, and getting past the quick setup stage I'm now facing the dreaded, now what stage. I certainly don't want to flood the group with countless emails asking how do I and what do this do and so on. A topic for this specific piece of hardware on setup and install guides would be useful to the masses who want to use this particular item in their configuration. There are countless other hardware configurations that should have their own areas of dicussion.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>just my 2 cents</div>
