It's before the second bridge that I ring another set of users for 1 second, they are the same phones but setup to ring differently so we know the call is about to bridge to the cell phones. It's very handy but if someone picks up during that 1 ring then there a problem. Thanks for any help, it's a real head scratcher for me.
