<div>Hi All</div><div> </div><div>When we bridge one external call A to another B with ignore_early_media, then A hears nothing before B answers (as expected) but then hears ringing tones *after* B answers, and they can't otherwise hear each other until after that ringing has finished. The duration of this ringing appears to be related to the time B takes to answer, suggesting that what is happening is the early media from B is being buffered and not played back until after B answers. Easy to reproduce with:<br>
<br>originate sofia/gateway/XXX/YYY &bridge({ignore_early_media=true}sofia/gateway/XXX/ZZZ)<br><br>Doesn't happen with no ignore_early_media:<br><br>originate sofia/gateway/XXX/YYY &bridge(sofia/gateway/XXX/ZZZ)<br>
