It seems that most of the gui projects (blue.box, fusionpbx) have been mostly abandoned in terms of development. I would like something simple for end users to self-administer if needed. The problem I have with fusionpbx is that config files are overwritten by whatever is in the database. If you hand-edit a config file, fusion will not parse the file and load those settings into the interface. I realize that takes much more coding to do than using a database to simply write config files. But I feel that the freeswitch interface could be improved anyway. Unfortunately it seems that project has been abandoned.
