I'm not really sure you should be setting that variable. You might want to try setting effective_caller_id_name and effective_caller_id_number instead of the caller_id_name and caller_id_number.<div><br></div><div>-BDF</div>

caller_id_name is simply the variable that carries the callers name.<br>
It is not required for attended transfers per se.<br>
