If you want web GUI, then your web application needs to talk with FS. You can talk via mod_event_socket:

E.g. extension status, call connection status, etc...</div><div>- What is best way to do predictive dialling? I guess I am looking for something like Asterisk spool files or the AMI equivalent.</div>
