Dear All,<br><br>I have set queue parameter to &lt;param name=&quot;time-base-score&quot; value=&quot;system&quot;/&gt;,so now how to raise some caller&#39;s score,allows them to receive priority over other normal calls that might have been in the queue longer.<br>
<br>I have test above scenario using &lt;param name=&quot;time-base-score&quot; value=&quot;system&quot;/&gt; which is not fulfill my requirement,if there is any parameter to set this scenario.  <br><br>Pl help me to set this scenario.<br>
