I am not sure what I should call this topic but I am trying to find out<br>
about using Freeswitch in an environment where the caller is prompted<br>
with a list of options like "if you know the callers extension, enter it<br>
now" etc.<br>

Is this possible? What is the correct term for it and where would I find<br>
more info on it?<br>
