Hello Avi.<br><br>I tried all those steps , unfortunately the softphone is a legacy system that is incapable of rfc2833 so option 1 is out.<br>I tried B and C ensuring by wireshark to verify that the data is actually in transit and FS still raises and error :(.<br>

<div dir="ltr">If you set it in the profile, once you reload the profile, it should work.<div>Or, in the sip profile you can set <a href="http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Sofia_Configuration_Files#liberal-dtmf" target="_blank">liberal-dtmf</a> and then it will accept rfc2833 or INFO.</div>

Good Morning.<br><br>I have a soft phone that uses SIP INFO to deliver the DTMF keys to FS.<br>Now the problem is that FS always reported INFO is not expected on this channels so off to the wiki i go and i set in the profile dtmf-type = info.<br>
