Hi All<div>After recent updates of DTMF negotiation or some associated stuff we can't use bind_meta_app with inband DTMF. bind_meta_app ignores bindings, although start_dtmf and spandsp_start_dtmf detect DTMF. We use git-fb6e979 2011-08-26 04-48-33 +0000.</div>
