This is almost assuredly a NAT traversal issue. Get a pcap of the SIP traffic and look at it in Wireshark and/or post on <a href="http://pastebin.freeswitch.org">pastebin.freeswitch.org</a>. I'm sure that the gang here can help you figure out what's happening. Also, include the model of phone you are using. Some work better than others in this situation.<div>
