you have 2 FXS modules. try to swap modules 0 and 1 to isolate whether the problem is in the daughter board or on the motherboard. this is far i can suggest. :-) <br>

knowingly. Seems one of the modules might have blown,<br>
here is an extract from dmesg:<br>

So one of the 4 modules refused to power up.<br>
