Setting "facility" to "yes" caused the following errors. However I do see the caller_number on the second line and the caller_name in fifth line, but as you can tell it can't make out what the DNIS/DID number is. The switchtype is set to "national" just like it was set with boost.<br>

With "facility" set to "no", everything works except no caller_name.<br>
