<div>I got two different customers which have problems with that the audio stops working in one direction after a while. And not for all calls but only some.</div>

<div>person calling -> My GW provider -> internet -> freeswitch -> internet -> router -> customer.</div>

<div>It's always the customer who can't hear the person calling. </div>

<div>Any suggestions on how I can find and fix the problem? </div>
