<p>Actually Sun Studio doesn't use JRE-Java nor does the jds-cbe.</p>
<p>Its really straightforward and doesn't utilize an integrated graphic environment<br>the way some other developement products do with 'Studio' in the name :)</p>

<div>I'm sure you'll have very little problem with this, just install sun studio on your system<br>with the instructions for your flavor of [Open]Solaris along with the jds-cbe and your good to go.</div>
