The call successfully goes out to a gateway named "Sipgate_2" but fails 404 (not found). So, the gateway on the far end is telling you that it can't find "132" anywhere. You might want to turn on siptrace to see if there is any other information in the 404 message, but most likely you will need to check out the Sipgate_2 gateway to see what's going on. This isn't a FreeSWITCH issue.

Hi,

I have enclosed a short part of my log.

The problem is that an extension cannot give a call to an other extensions.

Both extensions are registered correctly. Firewall ist not a problem: These
extensions were already be able to be called same days ago within the same
LAN. The NAT / Firewall-Settings ware not changed.

Something was changed in FusionPBX or FreeSwith which makes the system
wrong.

Could you help me?

What I have already made:

- external.xml and internal.xml were recovered
- FreeSwitch was restarted
- all extension have "public" in user context

LOG: http://pastebin.com/JxUBANaV

It can happen that I have deleted either an internal dialplan or changed the
ENUM-settings. Can this cause such troubles? If yes, which setting?

Thank you very much for your help.

Regards,

I.
Betreff: [Freeswitch-users] Extensions cannot be called --> "Default" does
not work

Hi,

I have set up an auto attendant. I give a call to a number, I hear the
music. Then I try to choose an extension. (This is allowed in the options of
the auto attendant.)

In this case I receive "no_route_destination" because the ext. number is
sent to a trunk and is matched by the dialplan ^(\d)$

What can I change that the calls are sent through "default" again?

"Default" is of course set by each extensions.

Internal.xml and external.xml are recovered to the default ones.

Freeswicht is restarted. I use FusionPBX as GUI.

I have still the problem. It is anyway possible to give a call to an
external number. All the trunks and extensions are registered on a correct
way.

Has somebody an idea?

Thank you for the help.
