used because there are so many IP users so can not predict who will talk to
whom. Secondly can not use port mirroring also because in this way, traffic goes

application which can be instructed to record the voice of two end points

calls between two endpoints that have nothing to do with your FreeSWITCH
server? and the voice goes straight p2p? why don't you use wireshark in one
side of the call to capture the packets instead?
