You may want to check out the sched_api command. You can use it to schedule future events. You can also use the event socket to control the conference from an external process - even on a different machine. I highly recommend the FS bridge book, especially chapters 8-10 which cover a lot of the advanced things like event socket and conferencing. <br>

configure/implement setting conference time and notifications about<br>
