Q2:<br>Which will be a efficient way to have the features in FreeSWITCH?<br>Rewrite all features in FreeSWITCH or create a plug-in modules to Vicidial directly.<br>Q3:<br>Did FreeSWITCH already support the ACD and Predictive Dialing features?<br>
