I am a new member to the community and have been using Asterisk for years. I am very excited by what Freeswitch has to offer but in lieu of an equivalent to "Asterisk realtime", can someone let me know if the following is possible:<br>

- Can a new file be added to the internal directory and loaded without running the command "sofia profile internal rescan reloadxml" to simply load that one new file?<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Yes, reloadxml alone will do that. That is without the sofia stuff and it won't drop calls or anything else.</div>

If there are 100,000 files in /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/directory/default then the reload will take a few minutes. Surely there must be a better way to add "extensions" without executing such a processor intensive command since I will be adding users very frequently while in production. Is there a way to dynamically add to the DOM via the CLI or mod_event_socket?<br>
