I see the same issue with polycom and snom phones (although we don't use snom anymore). There is a bug report open <a href="http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FSCORE-598">http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FSCORE-598</a>. The use of mod_limit works for phones that would normally only want one call at a time anyhow, but that solution does not work for switchboard phones because they may need to grab another incoming call even if they are on a call currently.<br>
