Hmmm, try to replace value = "<a href="http://localhost:80/directory.php">http://localhost:80/directory.php</a>". My understanding is that the value indicates the program to process the incoming request. <br><br>

But once I ran the server on the configured port and send back some NO result
responses to the initial request from FS. The error was gone.</p>
