Get a pcap of the working caller ID setup on your Asterisk box and then another pcap of the non-working setup on your FS box. Find out which field the provider is using. Evidently they are doing something really stupid because all of the methods that have been enumerated on this list have been tested here on planet earth. :)<br>

are the usual ways of doing it. However some providers pick up the caller ID
