When the channel A arrives I pre_answer and park it, so it is in "early<br>
media" state. After that I originate the channel B. When the channel B<br>
answers I just want to relay the audio coming from B to A, I don't care<br>
if A can't talk to B at that moment.<br>

Is there a way to achieve this? Some ideas?<br>
