Hello lakshmanan,<br><br>Please enable the dchan_log=q931 in /etc/wanpipe/smg_pri.conf and then restart it (smg_ctrl restart), then pastebin the logs<br><br> /var/log/sangoma_pri/dchan_<span-no>.log<br>/var/log/sangoma_mgd.log<br>
<br>That will contain the Q931 details (if any). Also pastebin your smg_pri.conf.<br><br>Also enable the FreeSWITCH debug logging (see the FreeSWITCH wiki for details about that) and paste them too.<br><br>-- <br>Moises Silva<br>
