caller_id is slightly tricky.  Use the dptool set_profile_var <a href="http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Misc._Dialplan_Tools_set_profile_var">http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Misc._Dialplan_Tools_set_profile_var</a>.  Though that is under documented.  <div>
