I've been running both h323 and SIP between FS and Avaya IPO for some time. No problems at all. :)<br>

But make sure to enable h323 fast start and disable "direct media path" in the IPO, if I remember correctly these where the only two parameters that made any real difference for me.<br>

But I do recommenf to use SIP, since it's much better supported by FS.<br>
