I installed FS on a machine with a Sangoma A101D (PRI) card and if I make an<br>
inbound call to the FS IVR, it does not recognize DTMF digits from the PSTN<br>
phone. If I call IVR from an internal phone, then it does recognize the<br>
DTMF digits. I have mostly default configurations for everything.<br>
