the call goes through but there is no audio. After H.225 connect and
TCS/MSD, FS stops sending RTP back to te originator.<br>
4. when you place incoming calls H323_endpoint => FS => SIPUser
and you hangup from SIPUser side, the call is not released on H323
side... <span class="re0">switch_core_state_machine complains about a wrong thread.<br>
