There are two areas of help I'll need for sure: <br>1) Understanding certain nuances of FreeSWITCH and how to make certain things work (there are things I'll need to implement that aren't in my implementation)<br>
2) User testing and lots and lots of feedback. <br><br>I was planning to initially adopt the FreePBX look. If there's a web designer that wants to put together a new interface, that would most certainly be a welcome addition. <br>

I think you're more likely to get more help if you write it in PHP or
ruby. PHP seems to be the open-source web language of choice by most,
but ruby/rails has been gaining a lot of ground, so either would
probably be a safe bet.<br>
