(a) the quick hack is probably a path of lesser resistance to getting<br>
Zhao up<br>
and running with FS;<br>
(b) he said it was an inbound SIP provider, rather than a phone, that he<br>
was<br>
using, so he'd need to get them to fix their end: might be trivial,<br>
might not.<br>
