I had intended to do it but i was surprised by the limitations.<br><br>It only works on linux, they pulled support for the important part on mac. and it doesnt work on win32<br>The sample rate can never be 8k (its like forced to 48k or something) so we have to always resample.<br>

<br>Jack has nothing to do with that, jack is for streaming audio from your soundcard on one box to another as if the other box was the one with the soundcard so you could say play music on hold pumped from your itunes on your desktop as a jack://my_box type stream.<br>
