No, it just does a HTTP GET of the URL.<br>
With a HTTP POST the parameters shouldn't go as URL parameters, but<br>
should be posted after the connection is opened.<br>

With the functions fetchURL() or fetchURLHash(), there is no separate<br>
argument for the POST parameters, nor a way to explicitly set the method<br>
to POST (instead of GET).<br>
