<div dir="ltr">Well. My case is that the IPs have not changed, and still FS tried to restart the profiles (and failed, which rendered the system useless).<br>My servers will not change IPs, but if they do, I know about it and can restart the profiles manually.<br>

Their might be cases this is suboptimal but have you seen such a case<br>
yet? If we don't bounce then the profiles won't work if the ip is<br>
yanks out from under it.<br>
