The second register after the 401 doesn't have rport thats why its sending to the wrong port. Your phone is broken but you can fix it with <span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(20, 20, 20); font-family: 'Lucida Grande'; font-size: 11px; line-height: 14px; ">NDLB-force-rport=true on the sip profile.
