the only big thing you will lose is that say someone changed the system time while FS is running, with the monotonic support on FS will continue to show the accurate time despite what the new system time says.<br><br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

It is semi regular. The server is pretty old, probably 5-6 years, so it<br>
could be that the timer chip is croaking. What are the implications of<br>
