When I compared your preference to mine I was playing the rhetorical role of any other developer.....

Let me make something clear. Some aspects of this software are the result of months, yes months of discussion and other people's input. It's my responsibility to manage and maintain this software and if I make a decision on how I want a behavior to function with little or no input, that is my prerogative. I find the request too trivial for debate and I simply refuse, respectably to discuss it. So you are correct. I do, however have many other topics I am more than willing to put out into a public forum. This is again done at my discretion so please understand as I already explained my reasoning for denying your
request. I apologize for any comments in this or any previous email that you find rude. This will remain my public policy on all decisions regarding FreeSWITCH.

Anthony Minessale II

FreeSWITCH http://www.freeswitch.org/
ClueCon http://www.cluecon.com/

AIM: anthm
MSN:anthony_minessale@hotmail.com
JABBER:anthony.minessale@gmail.com
IRC: irc.freenode.net #freeswitch

FreeSWITCH Developer Conference
sip:888@conference.freeswitch.org
iax:guest@conference.freeswitch.org/888
googletalk:conf+888@conference.freeswitch.org
pstn:213-799-1400

----- Original Message ----
From: Jonas
