[Freeswitch-users] Force hangup cause LOSE_RACE

lose_race should have a Reason header of call-completed-elsewhere.  So that
phones in the group don't show missed calls when one of them did answer it,
Normal clearing would have the endpoint registering a missed call if nobody
answered it.
